A virtual treasure chest of ocean-inspired charms and beads, this mixed-media bracelet includes lightweight resin beads reminiscent of beach glass and wisps of fibers that float around the charms like graceful strands of kelp. For a quick conversion to a stunning necklace, string the ring half of the toggle clasp onto a prefinished leather cord. Instructions include simple matching earrings.
