Beading Patterns and Projects

Why do I love beading projects and beading patterns? Well, let's see. First, there's the instant gratification factor: I can download my beading pattern and start beading in less than five minutes. Sometimes single beading projects are better than getting an entire book because I can pick and choose only the projects that I want to bead. Beading projects are cost-effective, too – for just a few dollars each, you can have hours of beading enjoyment. Beading patterns and projects make great gifts for your bead-loving friends, too!

Bead patterns are a great way to learn new beading skills and experiment with new beadweaving stitches. Finishing a beading pattern using a newly-learned beading skill can give you a great sense of accomplishment and inspire you to try more new beadweaving techniques.

My bead projects in the Beading Daily shop draw on my inspiration from vintage and antique jewelry. These beading projects were mostly designed after seeing other fine jewelry designs in auction catalogs and in museums. I wanted to re-create those jewelry designs in beads using modern materials and beads.

There's just something magical about seeing a beading project appear before your eyes as you stitch. It's so satisfying to see each part come together as you complete each step. And when you choose your own colors and add your own unique touch to each piece as you finish it, you'll have a truly personal piece of beaded jewelry to enjoy for years.
