A strung and wireworked necklace that culminates in waterfall-like fringe
Bookmark and Share
Stringing with seed beads is one of Bonnie's favorite techniques. The seed beads take the place of traditional knotting between beads, allowing you to string quickly. They also prevent large-holed beads from falling off the end of a head pin when making dangles. Here, seed beads mingle with crystal, labradorite, and fire-polished beads, forming a necklace with a stunning, waterfall-like fringe centerpiece.
Required Materials: Seed beads, crystal rounds, bicones, cubes, rondelles, ovals, coins, daisy spacer bars, head pins, S-clasp, crimp beads, beading wire. See project for complete list.
Tools Needed: Wire cutters, flat-nose pliers, round-nose pliers, bead stops. See project for complete list.
