This season-spanning cardigan features a rich shell-pattern bodice with a swingy vertical-ribbed skirt. First work the shell-stitch bodice side-to-side from the Empire waist up. Then the skirt is worked from hem to waist, joining to the bottom of the bodice. Make the skirt somewhat slim or slightly flared, as you choose.
