Square wire and rectangular beads - a natural match
Bookmark and Share
This bangle bracelet is Stephanie's version of a classic wire wrapped bracelet design that has been around for many years. It uses a mix of half hard and dead soft 20-gauge silver wire, along with seven rectangular beads. It is a bit challenging, in that it requires you to be able to measure carefully and to keep the wires straight and under control. This project includes step-by-step photographs.
Required Materials: Wire, rectangular beads, gold-filled beads. See project for complete list.
Tools Needed: Flat-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers, round nose pliers, wire cutters, pin vise, ruler, masking tape, marker, knife, file, cloth. See project for complete list.
Techniques Used: Wirework
Finished Size: Fits up to an 8" wrist.
