Q: How is Sockupied different then the digital edition of Interweave Knits Magazine?
A:Sockupied is an entirely unique product, separate from Interweave Knits and Knitscene magazines. This eMag focuses solely on sock knitting. Unlike digital editions of Interweave Knits and Knitscene magazines, which are exact replications of the print editions, Sockupied was developed as a digital product so it can capitalize on all the benefits of digital media capabilities—including videos, slideshows, zoom options that enable you to see close-ups of knitted socks, patterns that can be downloaded and printed, abilities to hyperlink to websites, and more.
Q: Will Sockupied be available as a print magazine?
A: Sockupied was built as a digital product, therefore it will not be printed as a traditional magazine. However, we hope you take advantage of the many printable materials included in Sockupied.
Q: Is Sockupied available as a subscription?
A: Sockupied is considered a special digital publication and is not available for a subscription. Each Sockupied eMag is a single issue and available as a single download.
Q: Does Sockupied mean that Interweave Knits or Knitscene magazines will stop printing?

Interweave newsletter indicated that sockupied was available for the ipad but when I purchased the mac version I was unable to download it to my ipad. There wasn't an ipad version listed. Also, thanks for making the price more reasonable. I had already decided not to buy it again because I thought it was overpriced for a digital version and not enough content. ***** Interweave Comment: Sorry for the confusion. I'm kind of disappointed in Sockupied. For $10, I expected more. In the first place, it took forever to download. Maybe it was my computer, but I've never had trouble before. The socks patterns are fine, which is what sparked my interest in the first place. Ebooks are usually less than a print book; I'd kind of expect that with e-magazines too. But, this mag definitely had less than a regular knitting magazine.
A great design, the best eMag yet! Can't wait for the ipad version, but I love it on my desktop already.
while i found this idea wonderful (an emag) i find i'm less enthusiastic about one that is not compatible for my ipad. my ipad is where i put all my non-paper knitting content and it goes to classes with me for both note taking and doodling designs on. i bought the last one offered but haven't even explored all its content since it requires me to sit at the computer to do so. **** Interweave Comment: Thank you for your comment about how you use your iPad for knitting.
