I received an email from Interweave about the new Knit.Wear magazine and decided to download the digital edition. Wow! What a great experience. So many beautiful patterns, and so many that I would like to make. There were several features I liked about the digital edition; the sidebar that allows you to bookmark specific places in the magazine, the fact that the sidebar gives you the page number for both the garment's picture and also the page number where the instructions begin, and the ease of using that sidebar to locate what you want. I found the article about grafting especially helpful. I have several Knitting Daily DVD's and enjoy Eunny Jang's segments on the show, so it was a pleasure to see Eunny is the Knit.Wear editor. I also subscribe to Piecework and Interweave Knits, and Knit.Wear will definitely be added to my knitting library.
I saw this magazine on the rack at my local Barnes & Noble and after flipping through it for a few minutes, I was smitten! Every pattern was something I would love to make. I will definitely be saving this lovely premiere issue with my pattern books for future projects. More, please!
I just came across this magazine Friday night and I was very impressed with the designs! I have never bought a knit magazine where I liked every pattern and would love to make! The minimalist yet beautiful designs speak to me! Truly my style. I found yarn in my stash to start on the Chatoyant vest. Keep up the good work! Would you consider publishing more often?
