A yarn with a hint of camel adds a little luxury to this easy mesh-stitch hat and scarf set. Deep ribs give a finished look.
Finished Size: Hat: 16" head circumference. Scarf: 7 3/4" wide and 42" long.
Yarn: Knit One Crochet Too Camelino (90% merino, 10% camel; 109 yd [100 m]/50 g): #256 lipstick (red). Hat: 3 skeins. Scarf: 3 skeins.
Yarn weight: #4 - Medium
Gauge: 0 sts and 32 rows = 4" in mesh patt.
Needles: Hat—size 7 (4.5 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn) and 16" circular (cir). Scarf—size 7 (4.5 mm): straight. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
