This pattern makes the most of simple, effective textures: The blousy bodice gains structure from moss stitch, while the ribbed skirt makes for a curve-skimming fit. A smooth merino highlights stitch detail.
Finished Size: 35 1/4 (39 1/4, 43 1/4, 47)" bust circumference. Dress shown measures 39 1/4".
Yarn: Filatura Di Crosa Zara (100% merino; 137 yd [125 m]/50 g): #1466 red, 13 (14, 17, 19) balls. Yarn distributed by Tahki Stacy Charles.
Yarn weight: #3 - Light
Gauge: 22 sts and 34 rows = 4" in moss st; 34 sts and 32 rows = 4" in 1-1 rib, relaxed.
Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm): 29" circular (cir), two 16" cir, set of 4 or 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
