The designer chose a cushy alpaca yarn for comfort and warmth, a tailored collar and button accent for details, and a combination of double seed stitch and garter ridges for easy knitting. A loose fit and clean, unadorned edges add to the sweater's relaxed feel.

This is a great pattern. I have been looking for just this kind of sweater to wear all the time. I am putting in together now. I knit it in Tess Designer Yarn -- merino. There is a problem though. The directions say to put the center back stitches on a holder for the back collar. But then these stitches are never mentioned again.
