Gauge: 25 sts and 32 rows = 4" in St st on larger needles; 27 sts and 36 rows = 4" in embossed diamonds patt from chart on larger needles; 27 sts and 36 rows = 4" in 1/1 rib on larger needles with rib stretched so p1 columns appear about 1/2 st wide.
Needles: Body and sleeves—size 5 (3.75 mm). Bands—size 3 (3.25 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
