These anklet socks are the perfect compliment to the ruffle lace gloves in the sold out Winter 03/04 issue.
Finished Size: About 7 1/2 (8, 8 1/2)" (19 [20.5, 21.5] cm) around and 8 1/2 (9, 9 1/2)" (21.5 [23, 24] cm) long. To fit a small (medium, large) woman's foot.
Yarn: Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport (100% superwash wool; 200 yd [183 m]/70 g): cedar, 1 (2, 2) skein(s).#K07 cajeta tan (CC), 1 skein.
Yarn weight: #2 - Fine
Gauge: 7 sts = 1" (2.5 cm) in St st, worked in the rnd.
Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm): 24" (60-cm) circular (cir) and set of 4 double pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); tapestry needle.
