The pillow is knitted in the round in the designers preferred method of working with two circular needles instead of the more common four or five double-pointed needles, and it is stuffed with fragrant lavender leaves. After an invigorating session of yoga, place the pillow over your eyes and experience total relaxation.

Gauge: 24 sts and 28 rows = 4" (10 cm) in streaming leaves pattern after washing and blocking.
Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm): two 24" (60-cm) cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); tapestry needle; ? yd (.11 m) cotton fabric for lining eye bag; sewing needle and thread; small amount of smooth waste yarn; 1 cup flax seed and 3 taplespoons dried lavender.
