About the artist: Lettering artist Lisa Engelbrecht teaches workshops and classes around the country specializing in lettering on fabric and alternative surfaces. Lisa was an instructor of calligraphy at Cerritos College in Norwalk, California, where she instituted a Certificate in Calligraphy. She has lectured and taught at many conferences around the country. Her work has been featured in Letter Arts Review, the Calligrapher's Engagement Calendar, in Legacy and Somerset Studios magazines, and several books. She is also a freelance artist for American Greetings.
