What is the status of my order?
Click the 'My Account' link at the top right hand side of our site and enter your email address and the password you created at the check out. Then click on the 'Review Orders / Track Package' link to check the status of your order.

My order never arrived.
Click the 'My Account' link at the top right hand side of our site and enter your email address and the password you created at the check out. Then click on the 'Review Orders / Track Package' link to track your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your 'Package Tracking Numbers', check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were deliveredIf your packages each show a status of 'delivered', please contact customer support for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

How do I cancel my order?
If you have submitted your order online, you may cancel your order that same day only up to 5:00pm MST.
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact customer support.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Interweave Press does not offer gift certificates at this time. To order gift subscriptions to magazines, visit the Subscriptions page, click on the magazine you would like to give as a gift, and then click the Gift Subscription link.
When will I receive a back ordered item?
The product description page for a book that is temporarily out of stock will show an availability date.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, after you submit your order, a confirmation page will display the details of your order. We recommend that you print this page. An electronic confirmation will also be sent to the email address associated with your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do I have to make a purchase online?
If you prefer, we also accept orders by telephone and mail with the exception of electronic product which must be purchased online. Please contact our customer support department.
