Returns

What is your return policy?

Consumer return policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If you are not, you may return the item to us for a full refund within 60 days provided you purchased the item directly from us, we receive it in new and resalable condition, and the item was not purchased from a promotion or sale as an un-returnable item.

If you are unsatisfied with an Interweave publication that you purchased from a local shop or bookstore, you must contact the shop or bookstore regarding their return policy.

Digital products are not eligible for returns.

How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service department by e-mail at
CustomerService@interweave.com or by calling 1-866-949-1646 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST) and inform us of the situation.

When returning an item, pack it securely in a sturdy box along with a copy of the packing slip (or invoice). You may be able to reuse the box we shipped the item to you in provided the box is in good condition.
