The quiet simplicity of the piecing in this duvet cover is inspired by the soft , similarly valued cotton solids used for the top. Twelve large-scale pieced rectangles are heavily quilted with closely spaced vertical lines. A fun print used for the backing, ties, and binding adds pops of color.
Finished Size: 72" × 80" (183 × 203 cm) 

Fabric Requirements:

— 1 yd (91.5 cm) each of 6 different cotton solids (shown: Kona cotton in Buttercup [yellow], Snow [white], Dusty Blue, Papaya [orange], Pear [green], and Champagne [beige])

— 5 yd (4.6 m) of 45" (114.5 cm) wide cotton muslin for quilt backing

— 5 3/4 yd (5.2 m) of 45" (114.5 cm) wide coordinating cotton print for duvet back, ties, and binding (shown: white polka dot on blue)
