Video Issues
Having skipping, video or audio problems with your video download? Try installing and using VLC Player from http://www.videolan.org.
Some older videos may not play correctly with recent versions of video players, including QuickTime and Windows Media Player. This may include audio, but no video, skipping or audio and video out of synch.
Many customers have resolved these issues by downloading and installing VLC Media Player.
This free and secure application, is available for Windows, Macintosh and Linux systems and can be downloaded here:
http://www.videolan.org/
Once downloaded, and installed, open VLC program and use file/open to find and play your video.
If this does not resolve your issue, we recommend re-downloading the original video file. You can access this file by logging into your store account using the email and password you set-up at time of purchase. You’ll find the file in the My Downloadable Products section of your account.
