This rug is presented purely as inspiration. This will take you through the process the designer used, but you are encouraged to experiment with different fabrics, yarns, and stitches.

Finished Size: 24" x 36" (61 x 91.5 cm)
Yarn: Tahki's Cotton Classic (100% mercerized cotton; 108 yd (99 m)/50 g)
Yarn weight: #3 - Light
Gauge: 54 sts for each square
Needles: size 8 (5 mm) needle. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); tapestry needle.
