- VERY BASIC – SHORT – NOT MUCH MEAT Review by Doyle
For the price this does not compare to other markets where one can get hours of excellent training with minimal tooting of one’s own horn. I was disappointed as I expected more on subject content. Production values are ok but a lot of time and effort were spent showing shots of the artist riding bicycles and studio shots that had nothing to do with the subject of sewing (yes, it was obvious that the artist was proud of her studio status) but it resulted in “filler” wasting a lot time that could have been used on subject. This was sort of grade school level presentation. Sample www.craftsy.com to see what I am talking about. Educational material is bought for content not entertainment!

- Great instruction but very basic Review by Jennifer Scudiere
I really liked this video, but it is essentially for beginners. I didn't learn anything new, and I was hoping to learn some new tricks. She shows seams but does not show any seam finishes, for example. I was hoping to learn how to finish the seams on all of the cute Oliver + S patterns! She shows clipping curved seams but then does not discuss how to finish them. The instruction is very good, however, for what she does teach. I would recommend this for someone who wants to get started with sewing, but if you have already sewn an Oliver + S pattern you probably have all the skills included in this video already.
