These cute animal wash mitts will make bath time fun! Easily constructed from super-soft terry toweling, cotton fabric, and polar fleece, they can be sewn up in no time. Choose from three different animal variations for the perfect bathtime buddy.
— 1⁄4 yd (23 cm) terry toweling fabric for each mitt (or use a hand towel; shown: white)
— 4" x 3" (10 x 7.5 cm) scrap polyester fleece for Face (shown: blue, orange, or pink; see photo at left)
— 1⁄8 yd (11.5 cm) print cotton to coordinate with Face fleece color for binding and hanging loop (A)
— Scraps of 2 coordinating print cottons for ears: Outer Ears (B) and Inner Ears (C); scrap sizes as follows:
For sheep: 5" x 8" (12.5 x 20.5 cm; B) and 4" x 3" (10 x 7.5 cm; C)
For bear: 4 1⁄2" x 4 1⁄2" (11.5 x 11.5 cm; B) and 2" × 4" (5 x 10 cm; C)
For cat: 5 1⁄2" x 6" (14 x 15 cm; B) and 2" x 4" (5 x 10 cm; C)
