I felt the same way Review by Jazzi

I couldn't wait to get this DVD in my hands. One, because of the pictures on the cover, and two, to learn a new stitch called chevron chain. I had a problem with the turn. I could not see for nothing how to turn to the other side. Ms potter's hand was in the way or because the camera did not show a close up. I searched to see if any other designer had used this stitch and came upon Jill Wiesman and bought her book, but was not satisfied because I really wanted to know how to make that gorgeous bracelet. Well a year later there it was a kit and I gave in and bought it. Now I just have to have the patience and be in the mood to concentrate on the many pages it takes to make it! I think we assumed the bracelet instructions to be in it because of the photo;; most DVD"s that teach new stitches do not have any patterns included. The instructions on chevron is mapped out through nice big graphs. I will give it a try sometime this year, perhaps sometime this month.

So dissapointed Review by Aurora

At a critical point they aimed camera at her face and you could not see a much needed close up of of what her hands were doing - in addition to the fact that none of the beautiful pieces on the cover were properly represented with instructions on how to create them. I was very disappointed as I know she is a very talented designer and could have given us a much better lessen for the money by video than we got. I'll hesitate before buying these videos ever again.
