What you need:
  • 15' of 24-gauge soft sterling silver wire for weaving the Viking knit
  • 3' of 22- or 24-gauge craft wire for starting the weave
  • Masking tape
  • Wire cutters
  • Drawplate
  • 1/2" wooden dowel
  • Chain-nose pliers
  • 3" wide piece of cardstock or plastic
For finishing:
  • 1' of 18-gauge soft sterling silver wire
  • Round-nose pliers
  • Pair of end caps
  • Liver of sulfur
  • Pro polishing pad
  • Sunshine polishing cloth
  • Plastic fork
  • Paper towel
For the clasp:
  • 4" of 16-gauge soft sterling silver wire
  • Sharpie marker
  • Ball peen hammer
  • Steel bench block
