Fabric Requirements:
- 7/8 yd of 45" wide or 1 1/2 yd of 58" to 60" wide linen or other lightweight woven fabric for main skirt fabric
- 1 3/8 yd of 45" wide cotton print for waist tie and pocket linen
- 1 dark colored 9 x 12" felt craft square for bike appliqué
- 1 light colored 9 x 12" felt craft square for bike wheel star appliqué
