I have made this scarf more than a dozen times. I have made it lacier by adding spaces between sts, I have use half double crochet for the main bedy of the scarf, I have added picots to the outer sides, and I have even added beads to the outside edges. With imagination, it is just so versatile. the compliments always come and it looks difficult, but it is a very easy pattern.

I just downloaded this pattern and I was wondering how it would look if I shortened the DTR row to a different stitch. I'm thinking it's a little too long. Using an E hook and a little thicker than sock yarn. But I love it! Thanks, Deb

This scarf is so pretty! I receive complements wherever I go. Plus, being new to crochetting, it was an easy pattern for me to master.
