Excellent workshop Review by Jennifer

I have been a long time admirer of Susan Lenart Kazmer's metal work/jewelry. I just love her book on cold connections and the way she uses wrapped wire in her pieces adding such a wonderful element. Well, in this workshop she covers how to accomplish just about all of the techniques she uses in her amazing jewelry. She explains all about flattening and annealing wire so you can wrap it just like "fabric". She also completely explains and demonstrates the techniques needed to make her unique cages, pronged pieces, joins, and assemblage. I feel this workshop has really enhanced the way I now work with wire and my jewelry style.

I loved Susan's handmade approach. I love jewelry that flows...is natural and has an artistic quality to it. Susan does all that and more!
I had to give her a 4 star because she skipped making her sterling box and that was what I wanted to see..bummer! But the cages were fun...
thanks Susan...next time show the boxes!
