Required Materials: 8–10 transparent vintage sequins, 1 1 sterling silver 20×22mm heart-and-key toggle clasp, 60" of sterling silver 24-gauge wire, 2" of sterling silver 20-gauge wire, and 1" ball of cerulean polymer clay.

Tools Needed: Lamp, craft stick, toothpick, and polishing pads.
