Description
Learn to make a colorful, fiber-ful scarf - great for gifts and the fabric can be cut for use in other projects. Working on a base of water-soluble stabilizer, we'll create a lovely fiber collage. A grid of stitching is added to hold the fibers in place, then the stabilizer is washed away.

''Lace'' Scarves Review by Elise Lemcke

I was so excited when this DVD went on sale - I have wanted to try this technique for some time. The instruction is excellent, precise and very clear. The only thing lacking was a few minutes of looking at Marinda Stewart''s scarves just out of the camera''s focus. Several were referred to and shown briefly but it would have been nice if Marinda had held up pieces for the camera. A few close-ups and explanations of some of the some details would have been really nice.
