Wendy Bernard spices up a top-down, seamless tank with mosaic colorwork band and vented sides. A textured silk and cotton tweed yarn knits up into an unexpectedly natural backdrop for the Elinor Tunic.
Details

Finished Size: 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 50)" bust circumference. Sweater shown measures 32", modeled with about 2" negative ease for a tailored fit.
Yarn: Rowan Summer Tweed (70% silk, 30% cotton; 118 yd [108 m]/50 g): #514 reed (MC, taupe), 4 (5, 5, 6, 7, 7) skeins; #511 cape (CC1, blue) and #538 butterball (CC2, yellow), 1 (1, 2, 2, 2, 2) skein(s) each; #536 torrid (CC3, rust), 1 skein. Yarn distributed by Westminster Fibers.
Yarn Weight: #4 - Medium
Needles:
Body—size 8 (5 mm): 30" or longer circular (cir). Ribbing—size 7 (4.5 mm): 16" or longer cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Waste yarn for provisional CO; stitch holder; removable markers; regular markers (m); several beads (optional); “big eye” beading needle for attaching beads (optional).
Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows/rnds = 4" in St st on larger needle; 26 rnds of Mosaic chart = about 3 1⁄2" high.
