Required Materials:
  • 15 grams Art Clay Copper
  • 5 grams silver metal clay
  • Liquid Counter Enamel 2 by Thompson Enamels
  • Clear flux powdered enamel
  • 2 or 3 colors of transparent enamels
  • 18 gauge sterling silver jump ring; 6 mm inside diameter Pickle (I use a citric pickle, which is less harmful to the environment)
CLAY: 1mm thickness guides (4 playing cards), circle cutter or template, ½ inch decorative cutters, texture plate, acrylic roller, pin tool, nonstick work surface, paint brush, cocktail straw, emery board, steel brush, tumbler, pickle pot
ENAMEL: Dust mask, safety glasses, tripod trivet, 40 mesh sifter, plastic spoon, fine paint brush, large dry brush, steel mesh rack, fiber glass brush, tooth picks, pipette, various grits of sandpaper (180 through 1200)
FIRING: Kiln, heat proof gloves, enameling fork
