Needles:
Garter strip—size 5 (3.75 mm): 32" circular (cir). Ruffle—size 8 (5 mm): two 32" cir. Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions:
Marker (m); waste yarn; tapestry needle.
Gauge:
14 sts and 24 rows = 4" in garter st on smaller needle.
