Finished Size: 26–28" (66–71 cm) long   

Fabric Requirements:

—3" × 26" (7.5 × 66 cm) strip of light- to medium-weight fabric of your choice (shown: dark purple/brown or red cotton batik)

Other Supplies

— Matching sewing thread

— Two 13–19mm jump rings

—Spool of 28-gauge wire in silver and/or gold

— Decorative beads ranging in length from ½–2½" (13–63.5 mm) to total a 6–8" (15–20.5 cm) long strand (shown: various round and cylindrical beads)

— 3mm gold, silver, or copper spacer beads (enough to place one between each pair of large beads and at each end of the beaded strand)

— Beading cord or flexible wire (shown: 32-gauge)

— Metal snips or flush cutters
