Description

The wavy texture of this hat is created with front post single crochet stitches worked every other round on the wrong side.

Finished Size: 18 (201⁄4, 221⁄2)" head circumference. Shown in size 201⁄4". Note: The hat can be stretched to fit up to 1–2" larger circumference than finished size.   
Yarn: Alpaca With a Twist Socrates (30% baby alpaca, 30% merino, 20% bamboo, 20% nylon; 400 yd [366 m]/31⁄2 oz [100 g]): #4017; 1 ball.   
Yarn Weight: #1 - Super Fine 
Hook: Size F/5 (3.75 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.      
Notions: St markers (m); yarn needle.     
Gauge: 19 sts and 8 rows = 21⁄4" in body patt.
