The designer was inspired to make this necklace after studying the amazing ladder-stitched and netted jewelry in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo twenty years ago. Using wire and tightly strung beads, her design retains its form yet is durable, making it not only perfect for a choker, but also for a longer necklace, purse handles, or even garment straps.
