A: Your next issue of Knitscene will be mailed as it is published. You’ll receive your quarterly issues in July (Fall), October (Winter), January (Spring) and May (Summer), as well as the once/year Knitscene Accessories Special Issue. Shipping will be via standard delivery service. No priority option is available and can’t be combined with other items, except for the first shipment. Special Shipping Rate only applies to future Knitscene as part of the Auto-Ship program and do not apply to any other store orders.

Q: How are payments processed for this program?

A: We accept credit card payments only for the Auto-Ship program. No PayPal or checks. When Knitscene arrives in our warehouse, we’ll process your order and initiate the $7.99 transaction on your card. If for any reason your card fails authorization, we will notify you.

Q: Does my auto-ship include the Knitscene Accessories Special Issue?

A: Yes, auto-ship members will also receive the once/year special issue Knitscene Accessories at a discounted price. When Knitscene Accessories arrives in our warehouse, we'll process your order and initiate a $12.50 transaction on your card. If for any reason your card fails authorization, we will notify you.

Q: How do I update my auto-ship program if my credit card number or address changes?

Last summer, I moved from 'the big city' to a more rural setting, only to find that, you guessed it: Knitscene was not consistently available. I remember calling Interweave to get a subscription, but no, that was not to be. So I asked the woman on the phone why it was that Interweave had chosen not to permit subscriptions to such a good magazine. She said that originally, Knitscene was intended to be an every-so-often thing, not a regular quarterly mag. The answer made sense, but I am so glad that Knitscene will come regularly straight to my mailbox!

Auto Delivery...AWESOME!!! Review by Suzanne Keays

I am excited this option is finally available for KnitScene. In the past, it has not been easy to find it on the shelf of my local retailers. I've had to search several stores before being able to purchase the copy. Not anymore! Thank you so much for finally allowing this to be mailed. It is one of my favorite knitting magazines. I no longer have to worry about missing an issue.

I am very pleased with this service. In Belgium Knitscene is only available in larger cities, not in the small town I live and work in. The auto-ship program makes sure that I receive each new issue very quickly, without a care! A delight for us busy knitters, always keen on finding new beautiful design. (Knitscene is full of those :-) )

FINALLY! There are no local bookstores or LYS that carry knitting magazines near here; Walmart is a hit-or-miss on carrying recent issues. I love having Knitscene delivered directly to my mailbox.
