About Lily Chin:
Lily Chin was named Master Knitter by Vogue Knitting International. She’s appeared on TV shows with David Letterman and Martha Stewart, has made runway pieces for the likes of Ralph Lauren, Isaac Mizrahi, and Diane von Furstenberg, and designed for supermodels Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell. She’s been knitting professionally for thirty years and teaching for twenty of them. Her designs are regularly featured in knitting and crochet magazines, as well as many books. Reversible cables is her signature technique and is the subject of her book, Power Cables, published by Interweave in 2010. She lives and works in New York City.

I have always enjoyed knitting cables and wanted to expand my knowledge with her reversible cables. Lily is an AMAZING teacher/designer!!! She is very clear when describing and demonstrating her work. Wonderful, close up shots throughout the DVD/download. A MUST have for your collection. I hope to see more of Lily on DVD in the future!!! Thank you Lily!

For those who haven't had the pleasure of a class with Lily Chin, this is the next best thing. This DVD is the perfect adjunct to her book, "Power Cables." You will see Lily demonstrate various techniques at a pace conducive to learning and will pick up useful tricks for various aspects of knitting - that go beyond cables. Though I have had cruise classes with Lily, own and use her Power Cables book, I love this DVD and will go back to it again and again. Just one of the tricks I learned was work the price of the DVD. If you dismissed this because you don't want to knit reversible cables - think again - this is so much more than that!
