Customer Reviews

response to Madeline Review by Sarah Ann

Madeline: I'm sorry you weren't happy with this webinar. It is a very different type of product than a dvd, so I'm quite pleased you liked the DVD. If you have any questions about the content or topic, please don't hesitate to contact me via my website, sarahannsmith dot com. PS--I had to put in a rating to get this response to post, so I picked the middle just to be fair.

Did not like Review by Madeline

This webinar took many tries to download, and then lots of calls to customer service to get help. When I finally was able to do it I found the content not satisfying. A dvd that I had ordered in hard copy by the same artist was fabulous. In this one she does not talk straight to the viewer, and there are lots of lines of text instead. I found this very unsatisfying and asked for a refund.
