Good fundamentals to keep for reference Review by kayjay

I like the video as it really covers the basics, so it is a great reference source. The presenter is very clear and relaxed. Nothing new that isn't on youtube, but at least it is all in one place for a good price. I did have a bit of difficulty with the download format. I have windows 8 and I had to play around a lot before it would work.

Jewelry Etcing on Copper Review by Dale Hoffman

I've been etching for more than three years now. I was hoping this DVD would be a little more than beginner. Having said that I did get a couple of things out of it that I didn't know, the 3M finishing papers, they are fantastic. I'm so addicted to them now. And using the burnisher on the edges. Wow! Now I'm looking for a very wide burnisher. I'm hoping Lexie puts out an advanced Etching DVD as she does a great job and even though I knew most of it, I loved it just the same.

Metalsmith Essentials: Jewelry Etching on Copper (Download) (EP2847) Review by Dick Stromberg

Lexi Erickson is a master teacher. Her presentation is well organized and clear. She has a gentle, comfortable, you-can-do-it type of personality. Anything she does will get an immediate second look from me. How about some downloadable stone setting lessons from her?
