This pelisse is based on a round shape with full, ruffled, feminine accents at the cuffs and around the entire circumference of the jacket. It can be closed in a variety of ways to emphasize the lacy neckline or the long movement of the bodice.
Finished Size: 13 3/4 (15, 16, 17)" back width, 38 (39 1/2, 41, 42)" diameter.Pelisse shown measures 13 3/4".
Yarn: Artyarns Ensemble Light (50% silk, 50% cashmere; 400 yd [366 m]/23/4 oz [80 g]): #1002 medium green (MC), 3 (3, 3, 4) skeins. Artyarns Beaded Silk Light (100% silk with glass beads; 160 yd [146 m]/1 3/4 oz [50 g]): #H12 medium light gold (CC), 4 (5, 5, 5)
Yarn Weight:
Needles: Size 8 (5 mm): 36" circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); three 7/8" buttons (optional); 2 crocheted buttons (instructions provided); size G/6 (4 mm) crochet hook; tapestry needle; waste yarn for inserting sleeves.
Gauge: 15 sts and 24 rows = 4'' in Outer Circle patt with MC.
