A flowy scarf is worked in very long rounds; stitches are dropped during the bind-off to create the dropped-stitch sections and the fringe. When it's all done, it measures 90" long and 22" wide and can easily be gathered as a scarf or spread out as a stole. Makes an impressive use of three balls of precious Soysilk!
