Finished Size: 35 (39, 43, 49, 53)" bust circumference, buttoned. Sweater shown measures 39", modeled with moderate ease.
Yarn: Long Island Livestock Company Dorset Wool (82% llama, 18% wool; 400 yd [366 m]/4 1/4 oz [119 g]): gray + white, 3 (3, 4, 4, 4) skeins.
Yarn Weight: #4 - Medium
Needles: Size 5 (3.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); removable m; cable needle (cn); size F/5 (3.75 mm) crochet hook; tapestry needle; five 1/4" buttons.
Gauge: 15 sts and 28 rows = 4" in Openwork patt; 24 sts and 30 rows = 4" in St st.
