At Interweave, delighting customers with the highest quality products and services is our number one priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of any product from the Interweave Store, we will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of that product within 30-days of purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply use this link to complete our customer service form, and include your InvoiceID and the product title you'd like refunded and we will reverse the charge on your account.

How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please complete our Customer Service form or call 1-866-949-1646 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST) and inform us of the situation.
