Teva's turned a stitch pattern from granny's afghan into an accessory with Art Deco appeal. FERN yarn has a spongy yet firm quality that's an ideal foil for the rippled texture.
Finished Size: One Size: Width: 8"/20.5cm; Height: 7.5"/19cm; Depth: 3"/7.5cm.
Yarn: Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham Fern (70% wool, 30% nylon; 81 yd [73m]/50g): #03 mustard, 2 balls.
Yarn weight: #5 - Bulky
Gauge: 17 sts and 24 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Ripple st and #11 needles.
Needles: Size 11 (8mm). Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: Metal purse frame, 8"/20.5cm long, fabric for lining, matching sewing thread & needle, and yarn needle. Optional: metal chain 1"/35.5cm for strap.
