This pillow was designed as part of an online blog-hop using English paper piecing, a traditional hand sewing technique made modern with today's fabrics and finishing techniques. Joanna chose a cool palette with lots of neutral tones, and used text prints to create a contemporary mood. The design is made with just three different shapes. Not the technic I thought it would be... Review by Janice

I thought this would we paper machine piecing not paper TEMPLATE hand piecing. But the pillow is so cute, I'm going to try cutting the pieces the finish size, fuse, and do decorative machine stitches.
