Required Materials: 1 chalcedony 8mm flat, faceted round, 2 chalcedony 12×15mm faceted ovals, 1 brass 7.5×67mm blank tag, 1 metal 14.5×68mm nameplate, and 1 metal 19×12mm (small) decorative butterfly rivet.

Tools Needed: Nylon-coated pliers, scissors, ink applicator, fine-grit sanding block or polishing cloth, and paper towels.
