Description

Wearing a boa can be so much fun. I used to have a lovely ostrich-feather boa with short downy feathers at the base and luscious long feathers blooming out of the down. I wanted to re-create the look and feel of a feather boa in crochet, with multiple textures for optimal fullness. The super-bulky, textured yarn used in this scarf is perfect because the fur stitch and chain stitches are loose, allowing the yarn's texture to really pop, while the wool base creates a wonderful warmth.
