Q: When will my issue be shipped?

 

A: Your next issue of Stitch will be mailed directly upon warehouse arrival. You’ll receive your quarterly issues in April (Summer), July (Fall), September (Winter) and January (Spring). You will also receive a copy of Stitch Gifts in November! Shipping will be via standard delivery service. No priority option is available and can’t be combined with other items.

Q: How are payments processed for this program?

A: We accept credit card payments only for the auto-ship program. No PayPal or checks. When Stitch arrives in our warehouse, we’ll process your order and initiate the transaction on your card. If for any reason your card fails authorization, we notify you.

Q: Will this include the annual Stitch Gifts issue?

A: Yes! You’ll also receive this special issue normally $14.99 for your discounted price of $12.50.

Q: How do I update my auto-ship program if my credit card number or address changes?

Stitch Auto-Ship Program Review by Carol Fowler

I really enjoyed receiving my issue of Stitch Magazine by your auto-ship program. It kept me from having to drive 40 miles to the nearest bookstore to see if the latest issue had been put out and most likely it not being on the shelves, meaning that I would have to do this trip again and it would probably not be there on the second trip.
