Sharilyn Miller is an experienced jewelry and mixed media artist. Following a background in collage, painting, surface design techniques on fabric, handmade books, and fiber arts, she turned her attention to making wire jewelry and discovered her passion.

With a B.A. in print journalism she has had a media career editing three art-focused magazines: Belle Armoir, Somerset Studio and Art Doll Quarterly.

Now a full time artist and teacher from her base in California, she also conducts workshops nationwide and overseas in Canada, Mexico, Italy, Czech Republic, Greece and France.

Her books and designs include Contemporary Copper Jewelry and the design project 'Be Steel My Heart' earrings.
