In addition, KRISTIN designs are featured in many books. She started to crochet when expecting her son and has been designing shawl’s and women’s garments ever since. She views shawls as a canvas, whether it is circular, square or rectangular, upon which to design geometric shapes and color combinations to best feature the texture of a yarn.

Passionate about design, Kristin seeks inspiration in textures geometric shapes found in nature. Her quirky fondness of mathematics and attraction to natural fibers make knitting and crochet heaven on earth for this talented designer.
