Description
In Annette Petavy’s simple skirt, single crochet at the waist gives way to half-double crochet through the body and double crochet at the full, swirly hem. A drawstring waist makes this skirt easy to wear, and the vertical construction allows you to easily adjust the width for a perfect fit.
